Social Media Logos and Mascot Design Project

Commissioned by: Two district sales managers of Toast, a cloud-based restaurant management software company based in Boston, Massachusetts

Design Brief: Sales Managers at Toast wanted a way to differentiate their regional sales teams across social media. They needed custom iconography that could easily scale to stickers and potentially t-shirt designs. All imagery needed to be simple but scalable and keep Toast’s orange branding color. I was also asked to create a t-shirt design for regional sales staff. The T-shirt was to feature a biscuit character wearing orange and black Air Jordan low sneakers. This concept was based on an inside joke among the sales team and I was free to use humor in my design.

Scope of Project: I created two custom scalable graphic logos. Deliverables were sized to use as social media user pics as well as print-ready sticker and t-shirt graphics. The mascot was custom illustrated. There were two final designs— a one color design for silk screen printing and a full color design for direct to garment printing. Both were supplied in versions for printing stickers and sharing on social media.
